Title Abstract Software Made EZ

Our Title Search Made EZ software allows lawyers and title examiners to easily record title search data, allowing for easy retrieval in the future, and preparation of professional reports.

It comes with a 30-day money back guarantee, if you're not completely satisfied!

The software program uses a database to record and store your title searches directly on your computer. You will find it easy to use regardless of your experience with computers. The software is designed to take you step-by-step and organize your data, enabling you to easily print professional reports for your clients. This saves a tremendous amount of file cabinet space compared to how you may have stored your previous projects on paper.

Each title search you perform and enter into the application is called a Project. Each project uses the software's seven data entry forms. Within each form, data is entered in boxes called fields. The data fields may contain text, date values, numeric values or a combination thereof.

When opening the program, you will choose from an existing project or begin a new project. (See a screen shot). A complete user manual is available within the software menu options.

To begin a new project, you will follow the steps to enter information in forms relating to taxes, deeds, indices, and other details of the project. Once a project is complete, (See a screen shot of a Project Conclusion Sheet), you will have the ability to print professional, well organized reports for your clients.

Completed projects are stored in the database. Should you have a need to stop and restart your data entry, you will simply search for the existing project, and be able to pick up where you left off. Additionally, should you be contracted to search the same property in the future, the initial project will have been stored and can easily be retrieved, saving time and effort for subsequent searches.
