The software program uses a database to record and store your title searches directly on your computer. You will find it easy to use regardless of your experience with computers. The software is designed to take you step-by-step and organize your data, enabling you to easily print professional reports for your clients. Each title search you perform and enter into the application is called a Project. Each project uses the software's seven data entry forms. Within each form, data is entered in boxes called fields. The data fields may contain text, date values, numeric values or a combination thereof.

To begin a new project, you will follow the steps to enter information in forms relating to taxes, deeds, indices, and other details of the project.
