Title Search Made EZ was made by a computer software specialist and two seasoned title examiners who have each been abstracting titles for over 25 years. The program was made because the title examiners wanted to find ways to save time and money in their businesses. They wanted to become more "green", and with this program they found they no longer had to spend endless hours at the town hall abstracting with pens / pencils, and paper, and then return to their offices to organize, copy and package a title search to deliver to their clients. The software also eliminated the need to keep a list of finished projects and maintain paper files for each.

With this program you will only have to do a title search once. It will automatically store on your computer and you will no longer need to copy and file away a hard copy. Since everything is typed, everything is easy to read. If a client has any questions, the abstract is right at your fingertips. If you are doing a large subdivision, or a condominium title, you only need to do it once. You can use the title over and over as many times as necessary, saving time and money.
