Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need to have WinZip?
The Title Abstract Software Made EZ application includes a Microsoft Access database. When unzipped, it will be about 60Mb. The application is zipped so that you can download it from the Internet in a minimum amount of time. If you do not have the WinZip application, you will not be able to unzip the file you've downloaded and install it. If you do not have a copy of WinZip installed on your computer, you may download an evaluation copy of it here.

My download zip consists of two files. What do I do now?
Save them both to the same directory anywhere on your computer. Then, just run the setup.exe file. The other file needs to be there to support the installation in a Microsoft environment, but you don't have to do anything except leave it where it is.

When will my email with my license number arrive?
It should arrive almost immediately once you have completed the step, after payment, where you've provided your email address. If you do not receive the email in a reasonable amount of time (a few minutes), check your junk or spam folder. If you don't find it there, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. At that point, you will have to email support. If you have completed the payment process, we will be able to retrieve your license number for you once you provide us with your name.

What is this Microsoft Access Runtime thing?
Title Abstract Software runs on a Microsoft Access database, and this separate installation is a Microsoft requirement. A shortcut to install it will be installed on your desktop along with the ThreeBees icon, when you run the setup.exe file. It needs to be run once, before you can use the software. You will be prompted to do so.

What does this error message mean?
"an error occurred while downloading a required file. You may retry downloading the file or cancel setup."
You will see this error message if you attempt to install the software without having Internet access, or if your connection to the Internet has been compromised. Even though you may have already successfully downloaded the software, you need to maintain your Internet connection to successfully install it, because the installation requires a Microsoft file, and if you don't have it already, the installation process attempts to retrieve it for you from the Microsoft web site. Once you restore your Internet connection, this error message will go away, and you will be able to complete your installation successfully.
